Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 from Dubai

First, define the objective and budget

For the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, fix in advance the country and city of pickup, desired version, model year, acceptable mileage and pre-delivery budget. This is a luxury SUV with expensive options.

The listing price is only one part of the expenses. Separately account for inspection, paperwork, internal logistics within the UAE, export, transport and destination-country costs.

What to check before payment

Minimum inspection scope: VIN, GCC specification, air suspension, electronics and history. Data in the listing should be cross-checked against the actual vehicle and its documents.

For expensive and technically complex cars, computer diagnostics do not replace a physical inspection of the body, components and testing of available functions. Any limitations of the inspection must be explicitly stated in the report.

Seller and cost verification

Before transferring funds confirm the parties to the deal, payment details, payment purpose and the list of documents the client will receive. If conditions change, a new estimate must be agreed before payment.

It's useful to compare options using one method: purchase price plus all confirmed expenses to the same destination point.

Export and delivery

The transport method is chosen after confirming the specific vehicle and the available route. Container, Ro-Ro and combined logistics have different constraints, lead times and cost items.

Before shipment record the vehicle condition, VIN, mileage and completeness. The client is provided with the export and transport documents related to their transaction.

When to walk away

Reasons to stop the deal include mismatched VIN or documents, inability to verify the seller, significant hidden damage, unclear payment details or a final cost that is no longer reasonable.

A good sourcing process includes the option to walk away from a particular vehicle and continue searching. The goal is to buy a suitable example, not to complete a started deal at any cost.
