Lexus LX 600 from Dubai

First, define the objective and the budget

For the Lexus LX 600, fix in advance the country and city of pickup, the desired version, year, acceptable mileage and the budget before acquisition. This is a premium SUV with a strong regional supply.

The listing price is only one part of the expenses. Separately consider inspection, paperwork, internal logistics within the UAE, export, shipping and costs in the destination country.

What to check before payment

Minimum inspection set: VIN, equipment/trim, GCC specification, body and history. The data in the listing are verified against the actual vehicle and the documents.

For expensive and technically complex vehicles, computer diagnostics do not replace inspection of the body, assemblies and testing of available functions. Any limitations of the inspection must be explicitly stated in the report.

Seller and payment verification

Before transferring funds, confirm the counterparty, payment details, the payment basis and the list of documents the client will receive. If conditions change, a new calculation is agreed before payment.

It's useful to compare options using one method: purchase price plus all confirmed expenses to the same destination point.

Export and delivery

The method of transportation is chosen after the specific vehicle and the available route are confirmed. Container, Ro-Ro and combined logistics have different limitations, timeframes and sets of expenses.

Before shipment, record the vehicle's condition, VIN, mileage and completeness. The client is provided with the export and transport documents related to their transaction.

When to walk away

Reasons to stop the deal include a mismatch of VIN or documents, inability to verify the seller, significant hidden damage, unclear payment details or a final cost that has become unreasonable.

A good sourcing process includes the option to decline a specific vehicle and continue the search. The goal is to buy a suitable example, not to complete an ongoing transaction at any cost.
