What the car tour includes

Before your arrival we confirm your budget, vehicle class, required options and country of delivery. Based on your request we prepare an itinerary with trusted dealers, lots and car markets.

We meet the client at the airport, assist with organizing transfers and accompany them from viewing offers through to selection, inspection and completion of purchase formalities.

Pre-trip preparation

First we calculate the acceptable vehicle price taking into account delivery and mandatory expenses. This protects against buying a car that appears to be a bargain in Dubai but exceeds the overall budget.

We check availability of the desired models in advance, but we do not reserve a car without agreed terms. The market moves quickly, so the plan includes several alternatives.

One-, two- or three-day formats

A one-day format is suitable for a clear request and several pre-selected cars. In two days you can compare more venues and conduct a more in-depth inspection. Three days provide time for negotiations, re-inspection and paperwork.

Duration depends not on the number of showrooms, but on the complexity of the task. A rare specification, a sports car or a vehicle with a non-standard history requires more time.

Inspection, negotiations and purchase

A chosen vehicle is checked technically and legally. We discuss any issues with the seller and assess not only the discount but also the cost of future maintenance.

Before payment the client sees the agreed terms, payment details, our commission and a preliminary delivery plan. The decision remains with the client: our accompaniment does not oblige them to buy any of the shown vehicles.

After the purchase

We arrange export documents, delivery to the terminal, photo documentation and handover to the carrier. The client receives the transport documents and updates at each stage of the route.

If necessary, accompaniment continues until handover in the destination country through agreed participants in the logistics chain. The scope of responsibility and excluded expenses are specified in advance.

Additional expenses

Airfare, accommodation, meals, visa costs, extended inspections and separate trips may be charged additionally. Before confirming the tour we provide a list of included services.

Vehicle, delivery and government fee prices remain provisional until the VIN and shipping date are selected. This avoids falsely promising a fixed amount in a changing market.
